Terms of
service.
Effective 2026-04-01. If anything here conflicts with your order form, your order form wins.
The plain-language version.
You use our SDK to embed an agent inside your product. You own your data and your customers' data. We do not train on either. You pay us for the SDK and the runtime. If we break it, we fix it. If you break it, we will help you fix it. If either of us has to walk away, we walk away cleanly.
The agreement.
These terms apply to any use of the gingerlabs.ai website, the Ginger Labs SDK, and any associated runtime. Your order form, if you have one, takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
Acceptable use.
You will not use the SDK to build anything that would be unlawful in the jurisdiction where it runs. You will not attempt to extract our prompts, our model routing tables, or any proprietary internals. You will keep your authentication keys secret.
Data and privacy.
Your data stays in the perimeter you configure. We do not train on your data or your customers' data. The DPA is the source of truth for processing terms. The Privacy Notice covers what we collect from visitors to gingerlabs.ai.
Service availability.
The runtime has a 99.9% monthly uptime target. Specifics, including credits, are in your order form. The control plane runs at the same target.
Termination.
Either party can terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice if the breach is not cured. On termination, we will return or destroy your data on request. Audit events are exportable to your SIEM at any time during the term.
Limitation of liability.
Aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes.
We will give 30 days' notice of any material change to these terms. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
